Sara didn’t want an over the top wedding dress; she could envision herself in something flowing and simple. She tried on a couple of different wedding dresses and looked at what felt like thousands of pictures in her quest to find the perfect dress.
The bride decided to get a unique gown made by a dressmaker from Khathis Fashions in Strand. Sara’s dream dress consisted of a flowing skirt, sweetheart bodice and an open back, all elements she’d admired on other dresses.
She completed her bridal style with a necklace Jamie bought her after they started dating and a bracelet borrowed from her Aunty Tracey, who had worn it at her own wedding.
The bride had seven bridesmaids, who wore bold blue dresses with asymmetrical necklines.
