Nita and Rossouw spoiled their guests with not one but two wedding cakes! Although one cake did have a rather unique touch… it was a sushi cake!
Freshly made on the farm that morning by a professional chef, the sushi cake looked incredible and was ‘cut’ by Nita and Rossouw before being served to guests as an intermission snack along with cheese and biscuits.
For the all-important wedding breakfast, guests were treated to a pate starter (homemade by Nita’s mum!), a lamb and pork main with roast vegetables and a selection of salads, and finally, a mouth-watering dessert table!
The second wedding cake was a more formal affair. It was the centrepiece of the dessert table and was a simple yet delicious looking one tier chocolate cake surrounded by chocolate pops, a sweet lovers dream!
