JP and Natasha’s beautiful wedding cake was made by a family friend. The elegant and traditional cake consisted of two tiers of red velvet cake, topped in a soft white icing. It was decorated with white icing roses and pink sugar roses, as well as a large, dusky grey ribbon. The beautiful cake was served up as dessert after the meal.
Following their beautiful, rustic wedding, the newlyweds headed to Zanzibar to the Neptune Pwani Resort, a destination JP had picked. They enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing holiday as husband and wife, with touches of adventure.
Reflecting on their wedding, Natasha says she wanted it to never end, as it truly was the ‘best day of her life’, and advises brides to not stress and ‘enjoy it, as you’re going to miss it when it’s gone!’.
