After the ceremony it was back to the main part of the estate for the reception. Along with the chapel, the couple also loved the service they received at Allesverloren and praised the staff and the food highly.
The couple and their guests got to tuck into a delicious feast of chicken and mushroom pastries with parmesan sauce for starter, along with roasted sirloin of beef with wedges and Mediterranean vegetables for the delicious main course.
Dessert was baklava ice cream drizzled with honey plus a slice of the heavenly wedding cake which was the metaphorical cherry on top!
At first Liza-Maree wasn’t too fussed about the wedding cake, but Shaun talked her round and they decided on the indulgent Coco Chanel cake from The Velvet Cake Company – we bet the guests were glad she changed her mind!
The indulgent cake was made of dark chocolate and topped off nicely with swirled chocolate frosting and truffles sprinkled with gold – the ultimate cake for any chocolate lover.
The happy pair danced their first dance to ‘Thinking Out Loud’ by Ed Sheeran and everyone enjoyed listening to relaxing music played by the family DJ – Liza-Maree’s nephew!
