The wedding cake was made by Andrew’s very talented aunt. The cake was Granadilla flavoured with white chocolate icing the outside of the cake, and butter icing on top, green ribbon was then used to tie it in with the colour scheme.
The couple also gave wedding favours to their guests – the majority of guests had chocolate favours created by De Fleuriot Chocolate, the favours were square and had the wedding date and a thank you message iced on top. The bridal party were each given glasses designed by Funtastic Art.
Then there were the wedding speeches followed by drinks and dancing. For brides planning their own wedding, Laura gives her advice: "Don’t sweat the small stuff, always book in advance and pay for as much as you can up-front and before the wedding - don’t start your married life in debt."
