Eloise and Antony first met at Pringle Bay back in 2007. Antony resided in England at the time and was in South Africa for a month long holiday, during this month he and Eloise were inseparable!
After he returned to England their relationship fizzled out, however the couple kept in contact and soon Antony returned to South Africa once more! He once again knocked on Eloise’s door and the rest, as they say, is history.
The proposal story was incredibly sweet. The pair were out taking their two year old son, Ayden, for a walk on Elands Bay. As Antony and Ayden ran ahead to pick up shells, Eloise slowly walked behind them to take in the stunning views.
When she caught up with them, Eloise turned round and there was Antony down on one knee holding out a ring! Although Eloise knew the big question was coming she was still taken aback and was so happy that their son was there to share the moment with them.
Eloise’s stunning ring was a custom made platinum design with five princess cut diamonds, made by Marizanne Kellerman from Zanry Jewellery.
The couple didn’t want the typical traditional wedding, so they planned one that was completely unique to them and captured their personalities perfectly.
