Alistair and Debbie served up a delicate vanilla chiffon cake with buttercream icing. Their wedding cake was cut up and served as dessert, but before that it was displayed at the reception on two rustic log slices, surrounded by figs, grapes and flowers, and topped with two brass owls.
The delicious cake was created by a family friend.
After their romantic, rustic wedding, the newlyweds headed to Zanzibar for a romantic and luxurious beach honeymoon. It was the perfect way to begin married life, and reflect on their beautiful wedding!
