Carla and Wendell’s wedding cake came from Leonard’s Bakery. The opted for one traditional top tier with vanilla filling, surrounded by layers of vanilla cupcakes, decorated with white icing, hearts and blue and white polka dot ribbon. The top tier was decorated with white sugar roses and each of the guests received a cupcake in a box as a wedding favour.
After their sophisticated cocktail wedding, Wendell and Carla began their honeymoon in style, by spending three nights in Franshoek, before heading to Thailand for two weeks. They spent their first couple of weeks of married life relaxing on the beach in Phuket and exploring vibrant Bangkok.
