Instead of a traditional wedding cake, Anthea and Pieter chose to have red velvet cupcakes and cupcakes with a Coca-Cola and chocolate ganache. The cake was served as dessert alongside miniature crème brulees in small glass jars. Guests could also take the cakes home in cupcake boxes.
The couple’s delicious wedding cakes were made by a friend of Anthea’s from work, who makes amazing cakes. Following their beautiful relaxed and rustic wedding, Anthea and Pieter headed to Dubai to enjoy their first holiday as man and wife. They stayed in a luxurious five star hotel, and enjoyed a mixture of exciting activities and relaxing afternoons by the pool.
