Marriage Requirements


Getting married in Miami is about as simple as it gets. Marriage licences are obtained from the county clerk's office for a fee of $93.00. These are located up and down the state. Both parties need to be present and a valid ID in the form of drivers licence (if applicable) tourist visa (if applicable), passport and birth certificate must be shown. The licence is valid for 60 days and entitles you to get married anywhere within the state.
