During the summer there are a plethora of open air festivals and concerts which are a great spectacle to see. If you fancy a little more tranquillity, then why not opt to stay in one of the cosy beach front cottages or forest lodges where you can see some great wildlife. During the winter then there is skiing in the hills of Ben Eion, Martock and Wentworth to name but a few, and for a particularly romantic touch, a dog sled ride through the wilderness is a must. The fall brings with it some wonderful scenery changes as the forests turn fantastic hues of golds, browns and burnt orange. All in all a honeymoon in Nova Scotia really has the wow factor that any top wedding destination should have.
